Under her guidance, players have advanced to top Division I schools including the University of Minnesota, Cornell, and Harvard, as well as to Team USA programs. Tracy also serves as Head Evaluation Coordinator for the Minnesota/USA Hockey High Performance Festival and Final 54 selection process.

Assistant Instructor: Mike Cassano

Minnesota High School Coaching Legend | Multiple State Champion Coach

Jamie Grossman is one of the most respected coaches in Minnesota girls hockey, with over two decades of experience developing athletes and building championship-caliber programs.

Grossman first reached the pinnacle of Minnesota hockey by leading the Academy of Holy Angels to the Minnesota Class A State Championship in 2005. He later took over the highly regarded Eden Prairie girls hockey program, where he spent a decade establishing the Eagles as one of the premier Class AA programs in the state. During his tenure, Eden Prairie captured the 2016 Class AA State Championship, cementing Grossman's reputation as one of the top coaches in Minnesota.

Currently serving in a leadership role within the Shakopee hockey community, Grossman continues to impact players at every level by focusing on skill development, hockey IQ, and building successful programs from youth hockey through the varsity ranks.

With multiple state championships and decades of coaching experience, Grossman brings an unmatched understanding of player development, team culture, and what it takes to compete at the highest levels of Minnesota hockey.

Farmington High School Varsity Coach | Minnesota Hockey High Performance Coach

Scott Kronebusch brings extensive experience as both a collegiate player and high-level Minnesota coach, with a passion for developing athletes through strong fundamentals, hockey IQ, and attention to detail.

A native of Winona, Minnesota, Kronebusch played four seasons at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, competing in the NCAA Division III MIAC conference. His collegiate career helped shape the player-centered coaching philosophy he brings to the rink today.

Kronebusch currently serves as an Assistant Coach for the Farmington High School Girls Varsity Program, one of Minnesota's highly competitive Class AA programs. In addition to his high school coaching duties, he is a coach within the prestigious Minnesota Hockey High Performance Program, where he works with many of the state's top U16 and U18 players as they pursue opportunities at the collegiate and national levels.

Known for his ability to teach the details of the game, Kronebusch specializes in puck possession, skating efficiency, transitional play, and developing the habits necessary for success at elite levels. His combination of playing experience and coaching expertise makes him a valuable resource for players looking to elevate their game and compete at the next level.
